Caffeine can be great to give you a bit of an energy boost in the morning, but only when drunk in moderation.

As we all know, however, too much caffeine can disrupt your sleep, blocking crucial sleep-inducing chemicals in the brain and increasing the production of adrenaline.

The average healthy adult is generally advised to consume no more than 400mg of caffeine a day, so just how much of it do some of your favourite drinks contain?
